South African Paperback Orders

Paperback books purchased directly from this website are available for delivery within South Africa only.

All sales of South African paperback books are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong book
  • Duplicate orders
  • Personal preference
  • Dissatisfaction with content
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a delivery concern, the matter will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

To request assistance, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number and description of the problem

Returns may be requested only if necessary.

Submitting photos does not guarantee a replacement or refund. Each situation will be reviewed individually.

All paperback orders within South Africa are shipped using PUDO.

Flat Rate Shipping:
R50 per order within South Africa

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If a parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, we will investigate the matter with the courier service.

Delivery issues will be handled case-by-case, and resolution timelines may depend on courier processes.

International Purchases and E-Books

E-books and international paperback purchases are not sold directly through this website.

International readers can purchase books through authorised retailers such as:

  • Barnes & Noble
  • Apple Books
  • Kobo
  • Other approved distributors

Refunds for purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer’s refund policies.

This website cannot issue refunds, replacements, or support for purchases made through external platforms.

Customers must contact the retailer directly for assistance.

Returns

Returns are not automatically accepted.

A return may be requested only if necessary during the review of a reported issue.

If a return is required:
